In the 155lbs Men’s National Title bout, renowned Muay Thai specialist Josiah Pila steps into the ring to face the formidable Sam Kern. Expect a clash of elite technique and relentless determination, as both fighters push the limits to etch their names in the annals of Mitten Muay Thai history.

The excitement intensifies with the 120lbs Female National Title fight. MMT Gym’s very own Danielle Biehl, epitomizing discipline and heart, challenges the relentless Gray Spangler in what promises to be a showcase of unparalleled skill and passion. This matchup not only underlines the growth of women in Muay Thai but also marks a defining moment for the sport.

A clash of striking philosophies is set to unfold at MMT005, as Karate specialist Reese Kelly takes on Muay Thai powerhouse Clement Lacroix in a thrilling showdown. Kelly, with his lightning-fast kicks, elusive footwork, and strategic precision, looks to showcase the effectiveness of Karate against the raw power and clinch mastery of Lacroix’s Muay Thai.

Will Kelly’s speed and distance management keep him out of danger, or will Lacroix’s relentless forward pressure and devastating strikes break through the Karate defense? This fight promises a fascinating battle of contrasting styles, where tradition and technique collide in an explosive encounter.

Mitten Muay Thai 004 (MMT004) is set to take place on November 23rd at the iconic Imperial House, bringing a night of explosive Muay Thai action to Detroit. Headlined by Joey Kalaj and James "Aquaman" Barney, this main event pits Kalaj's technical skill against Barney's relentless style, promising a showdown between precision and power. In the co-main event, Luke Marshall faces off with Mason Shilaei in a battle of champions—Marshall, the 2024 IKF Champion who recently claimed a title from Carlos Cerda, and Shilaei, the 2024 TBA Champion coming off a huge knockout victory at MMT003. Doors open at 6 pm, and the main card begins at 8:30 pm.
