Requirements
Welcome Fighters & Coaches,
To register for the competition, please follow the checklist and instructions below to ensure you’re able to compete. The commission will not allow you to compete if any of the following steps are incomplete. The regulation deadline is 14 days prior to the competition. MMT’s deadline is 16 days prior to the competition.
(If you have competed for MMT 180 days prior to the next event date, this does not apply to you.)

YOU WILL BE ALLOWED UP TO 3 MEMBERS ON YOUR FIGHT TEAM
FIGHT TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE REGISTERED VIA THE FORM PROVIDED, OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE ADMITTED BACKSTAGE

Fighter Photographs:
Please submit three photographs of the fighter to mittenmuaythai@gmail.com with the subject line “FIGHTER NAME - PHOTO SUBMISSION”

Licensing Requirements:
Eye Exam
Obtain a dilated ophthalmic evaluation within 365 days prior to the competition. This examination must be performed and signed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist.
Bloodwork
You must have tests for (1) HIV, (2) Hepatitis B, AND (3) Hepatitis C
Bloodwork must be collected no more than 180 days before the competition date
Sports Physical
A sports physical examination must be conducted 180 days before the competition AND signed by an MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). **SIGNATURES FROM NURSE PRACTITIONERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Pregnancy Test
Female fighters must have a pregnancy test performed the week of competition by a valid doctor.
Muay Thai License:
Access the Licensing Portal.
License Application:
Select “Apply for a License” from the options.
Click on the dropdown menu that appears second from the last & select.
Choose the type of Muay Thai license you are applying for: Amateur or Professional. (AMATEURS DO NOT REQUIRE A NATIONAL ID).
Attach Documentation:
Please attach all required documentation (eye exam results, bloodwork results, and sports physical form) to your license application.
